Settlement between wife of Aqa Mirza ‘Abbas ‘Ali and Haji Aqa Kalb‘ali's sons, 1901
Division of a garden known as Aqa ‘Ali Akbar Khan Garden, and located in Varnusfadiran village, between wife of Aqa Mirza ‘Abbas ‘Ali Ibn Haj Muhammad Mahdi Sultan and three sons of the late Haji Aqa Kalb‘ali (Muhammad Sadiq Khan Nayib, Muhammad ‘Ali Khan, and Aqa ‘Abd al-Husayn). Share of Aqa Mirza ‘Abbas ‘Ali's wife is three-sixth of the property adjacent to Dahanu qanat in exchange for ten tumans; and share of Haji Aqa Kalb‘ali's sons is three-sixth of the garden on the other side of properties belonging to Haji Kazim's inheritors, in exchange for seven tumans. Settlement, 1891 and 1901
Aqa Mirza Muhammad Husayn, son of the late Haji Muhammad Ibrahim from Varnusfadiran of Isfahan, exchanges some properties in Varnusfadiran as well as some share of water for one hundred and sixty five tumans, with two kharvars [unit of weight] wheat, one hundred dinars, and one sir [unit of weight] of Isfahan's crystal candy for the detriment clause. Dated October 8, 1891. On the margin: "In May or June 1892, ‘Ibad Allah settled the above garden to the mother of Aqa Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, for one hundred dinars and some wheat. Karbalayi Muhammad Riza, son of the late Karbalayi ‘Ali Akbar, and Karbalayi Najaf ‘Ali, son of the late Karbalayi Ghulam, as guardians of the children of the late Husayn Ibn ‘Ali Akbar Khuzani, son of the late Mashhadi ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, exchange a piece of land located in Saruh known as Haji Muzaffari for thirty two tumans and two thousand dinars, with one and hundred dinars and ten loads of Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause.
